1. SMS Messaging Program Terms & Conditions

Program Description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our online registration form (https://register.hartmanoms.com) or at in-office check-in, you consent to receive transactional, healthcare-related SMS text messages directly from Hartman Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery P.C. • Appointment reminders and two-way appointment confirmation requests.
• Post-operative recovery pickup alerts (“Ride Ready”) sent to a patient’s designated driver or escort when the patient is ready to be picked up.

2. Message Frequency & Rates

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and surgical recovery status (typically 1 to 3 messages per appointment).

3. Opt-Out (STOP) & Customer Support (HELP)

• To Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START or let our front desk know during your visit.
